  • It tells you to only have one browser open.  Fenway in 16 I had 2 browsers open and got booted.  Went to only having one browser and got my tickets.  I believe it even tells you that in the email.

Process reminded me of trying to get tickets in 2003.
Apparently my "window" doesn't have 2 tickets available anywhere.  F!
not sure how that happens in 40,000 seat stadiums where no tickets should have been sold to non Ten Club members

I actually had little difficulty with Fenway. Maybe because I was only looking for a single seat but it was very easy for me. I was done within 10 minutes.

that there is the problem, fuck the non-Ten Club members we should get first crack, have a 4 hour window, then open it up for everyone else

Seems like "Verified Fan" only likes so many fans being verified.
    Well, I'm 0-2 on Wrigley 1.

    Ugh

We did get first crack with the 10c lottery.  And this was an extra opportunity to get tickets that we didn't have in the past.

Super easy for me too for Wrigley 1.  I actually kept removing tickets (probably 6 times) until I pulled some 100 level.

Pearl Jam gave two weeks of notice (one pay period) for their fan club, and were transparent about getting more seats than ever before, and honest about the quality of them as a result of that. They then were extremely communicative in suggesting people sign up for Verified Fan, and due to tickets.com's servers (not Pearl Jam's choice), ended up with multiple ticket-purchasing windows for fans. Only after that are the general public able to get Pearl Jam tickets.

You know who got fucked? No one. We can't all win the lottery, yet the fact that we are all able to pay membership dues for a band we love and spend precious time on here talking to each other, says to me that we have in fact all won the lottery - some of us just got marginally luckier.

What window were you in?  I couldn't get shit at the 10:30 central window.

I think you will be screwed at a later start time. I had 10am Wrigley and tons of good seats were available. I didn't buy anything since I have fanclub seats.  I checked back around 10:40 and you couldn't even get a pair for Night 1.
  • I just tried for Missoula.  I entered two floor seats.  Then.  Next screen said you have to buy 4 tickets!! I thought wtf??? So I entered 2 again and got same message.  It's a 4 ticket maximum not minimum.  They are using Griztix not Ticketmaster.  Then, I said let me see reserved.  Got same message again.  Then I entered two and got some seats but chose to release them.  Tried a final time and then told my code had been used!!!! Totally hosed.

2003 was the easiest tour to get tickets to, the only thing that stopped my from going to every show was money.  I was able to pick up tickets to at least 6 shows via fanclub, then 3 more through fanclub members who had an extra.  This is a farce this tour.
