    This just in from the National Weather Experts,  Advanced Doppler Radar shows us Gully washers predicted for Chicago's metro area August 18th 19th and 20th.  All fans planning to attend Pearl Jam concerts are advised to wear knee-high rubber boots, a raincoat and bring a snorkel.
