Thanks to 10C customer service

I often see complaints about customer service in the forum so thought it was time to throw my 2 cents in. Over the years I’ve contacted them for various reasons and I’ve always received a response and solution the same day.  I’m sure these lottery days are crazy so here’s a sincere thank you to all involved. Really appreciate all the help I’ve received! Hope others stop and think before being so brutal next time you have an issue.

    They were awesome with a gift card issue I had last few days...still trying to get my name changed though  =)

    They have always been helpful for me as well, especially Santos. I think we all need to remember to relax and know that they will do their best to help us. Not always the fastest, but they are a small operation, so they will get to the issue at hand in due time.

    Always respond, always fix it, I would love to hear their side of the horror stories on his board.

    Been part of club for many years, always very responsive.  Does it surprise you that PJ have surrounded themselves with dedicated staff?  It doesn't surprise me one bit.
