Some kind of Troy-Bilt 18x24 all metal thingamajiggy. Best $600-$700 I have ever spent. Only now I'm so lazy that I'm thinking a 4 wheeler with a plow is really the way to go.

A nice 24" inch Craftsman that can power through the 2 foot drifts the plows bless our driveway with after I've thrown the fresh snow 20 feet across the way. I only use it when we get heavy snow or when I need to clear that crap the plows leave behind.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Toro CCR-2450 for me. Single stage, 2-stroke and reliable as hell. It sat for five years while I lived in Florida and it started right up this winter.

The Toro was stupid easy to put together. Fueled and fired up with the first pull. Will shoot snow 40 ft. Has a variable distance hood.Variable speed control for the selfpropulsion.

Will do a cleaner job if not compacted first by my driving my truck on the driveway.

I absolutely love this thing. It worked flawlessly during our last storm that dumped 16”.
