Ohana is way to small for the full band.

I think the US will be driven by a festival. That has been the formula the last few times around.
They get big dollars to play festivals. What festivals are in the fall?
Music Midtown in Atlanta is a big one.  They played there in 2012

Meadows might be also but I figure I'd list it.

Not sure how big ride is, but ohana is definitely too small. They essentially just have some bleachers and a grass area.

I need some canadian or us dates soon!!!
Yes we do. I get it, Europe is due. But I've yet to witness "Release" and I need another shot at it ASAP.
Fenway 2018 guaranteed to be played...
    Guaranteed?

I have zero interest in ballpark shows at this point so hopefully I have a proper arena show or two that we can make... definitely not going back to Fenway for a concert
Same here regarding the interest level. if they played Fenway I would go as I only live a few minutes away, but I would much prefer a Garden show.
Dude you want to house a family of 6 for 3 days lol. My mother in law, myself, my wife and 3 kids 3 and under. Sound good haha!

When I said guaranteed about Release it obviously is not guaranteed to be played as we know but the last 3 times Pearl Jam has come to Mass they have played it and seems to be a staple song for the state. As far as Fenway goes things change but it looks like they are trying to get dates for either late August or mid September. These are rumours from multiple sources that are involved with Fenway. I have no connection to them and are just people I have met on social media. Maybe Pearl Jam is just trying to get dates and may be unsuccessful who knows. Either way I can't wait to go back if and when they do show up.

Difference is Ride is located in a small town in CO, while Ohana is outside Los Angeles.  Too small.

Valid, but I would still guess it happens soon.

Well I am hoping it is ACL.  Going anyway, but the timing does seem about right.

If only Austin could get its own show for once!

After visiting Red Rocks for my first time a few weeks ago, it is unbelievable PJ hasn't played there since 1995! MSG needs to happen every year as well ;)

In terms of Europe, the sooner the better on an announcement! Planned on going in April since it's cheap, but with these rumors I'm holding off. I can see 8-10 dates in big markets, and then 2-3 shows in smaller venues/cities.
    2003: Uniondale, MSG x2 2004: Reading | 2005: Gorge, Vancouver, Philly | 2006: East Rutherford x2, Gorge x2, Camden 1, Hartford | 2008: MSG x2, VA Beach | 2009: Philly x3 | 2010: MSG x2, Bristow | 2011: Alpine Valley x2 | 2012: MIA Philly | 2013: Wrigley, Charlottesville, Brooklyn 2 | 2014: Milan, Amsterdam 1 | 2016: MSG x2, Fenway x2, Wrigley 2 | 2018: Rome, Krakow, Berlin | 2021: Sea Hear Now | 2022: San Diego, LA x2, MSG, Camden, Nashville, St. Louis, Denver | 2023: St. Paul 1, Chicago x2, Fort Worth x2, Austin 2

As long as it happens during the 11 days I am there in October 2018 I am good with that!

Hoping that Krakow turns out to be true. Seems totally doable. Nice new arena, interesting historic city, direct flights from here, cheap.

Only one year shorter than ‘09-‘14.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

    ACL, Ohana, Meadows, Riotfest, Voodoo.
Ohana can't handle the full band. That festival is tiny. It's OK for a Vedder solo appearance which has been an absolute treat for the last two years but when it comes to Pearl Jam, yeah that ain't gonna happen. That place would just become a disaster area with the rabid Pearl Jam crowd. It is not big enough.

As far as festival grounds go, yes it is.  I have been to both festivals.

I'd love to see Pearl Jam return to Moline. That was such a special night.
Agreed but frankly any of the smaller US cities with arenas would make for a fantastic spot. Greenville was a beautiful place to see the band. A return to Grand Rapids in 2018 hopefully.
Smaller markets are my favorite and pretty much all we go for outside of Philly/special shows

    Especially with smaller arenas
