What in the fucking hell is he doing talking about the Emmys ratings and turning that into a massive insult, as well as a political statement about his own supporters?? IT MAKES NO SENSE! I wasn't fine with Fallon normalizing Trump last year. What I argued was that nothing else should have been expected of Fallon because that is how he rolls - he isn't a hard-hitting, political host and stays light, so when he ruffled his hair is didn't bother me like it did a lot of people. I knew before it happened that Fallon was just going to be friendly and goofy with him. But let's also remember that that was before Trump won the election. Back then, everyone still thought there was no way he could win so it didn't really matter. Now we're talking about people who have or had a real impact in the White House. I don't know if you're bothered to recall that I absolutely went OFF about Trump's misogyny being normalized. I was obviously never okay with Trump being normalized. Hey, remember that time you tried to tell everyone that I think Cosby is innocent, when actually all I said, before more and more evidence piled up, was that I didn't know and would like to see more evidence?
