    Traci Lords?

Not sure what you're saying here, Shyner...do you think the constitution itself is fucked, or the people who live by / under it?

Hmmm, I think it is some sort of 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon challenge.
Tracy Lords appeared in the RHCP video "Stone Cold Bush". Jack Irons was a member of RHCP. Jack Irons was also a member of PJ.
Ashley Judd makes an appearance in the new Twin Peaks season. Eddie Vedder is also involved with Twin Peaks. Eddie is a member of PJ.
Donald Trump is friends with Dennis Rodman. Dennis is/was friends with PJ.
    Sorry, that's all I got.

Oh god (small g as in "generic god") please no.  We don't need ANY rock band re-writing the constitution.  Not even Henry Rollins (capital H, capital R) -- although he has gotten good at explaining how some of our Constitution (capital C) works and has gotten better at it over the years.  His newest one, Before the Chop III, has some good examples.

What changes to the Constitution would you like to see, Shyner?

Government needs more surveillance to make sure innocent people don't get hurt by mean people

Government suits need to make less while soldiers need some more

    President needs less power

More political parties need to be working
For instance the Vedder party etc.

More candidates to choose for all spots

We need big government but ya gotta be nice and willing to make less than these suits have gotten comfortable with

I believe that giving the oppressors more power is not in our best interest.

"Holy shitballs" as one of my nephews once said, haven't seen you around here in a while, unsung.  Howdy!

Shyner may not have been around here long enough to know your political (ahem, I mean apolitical) philosophy.  May need a refresher course?

    Welcome back, unsung.

This seems suited for the thread, in a way (and maybe not just lyrically).

I'm not sure keeping an eye on bad people has ever works.  Immorality has existed for many centuries.  Corruption and coercion by the rich and powerful has been the name of the human game since the advent of agriculture.  Perhaps a better method of dealing with all this would be for us all to promote peace, equality, and kindness and find something that works better to prevent crime other than simply building more prisons (proven not to work).  As for the corrupt, use psychology.  It is known that the very rich have more money than they need yet they seek more money because they are addicted to watching their monetary numbers grow.  A while back, some of the very wealthy (Buffett? Gates?) who saw a need to distribute some of that wealth more widely used psychology to get a sort of competition going to see who could give the most.   I haven't heard much about that recently but it seemed like a good "thinking outside the box" strategy.

I think it's important for all to realize that god is already watching every move we make.
    We are on gods camera.

We have to give up some freedom to achieve a more child friendly environment to catch people who are mean. That means a lot of jobs watching.
It's crazy actually but i am willing to put a camera in my house and so should you.

Privacy is priceless to me yes. Freedom is priceless but so are all the innocent victims of serial killers. I'm pist.

As for war. You gather up a million volunteers and you infiltrate the land no weapons. Of course it's suicide for the first 5 million but eventually the world would stop fighting. I'll be the first one in.

Someone is gonna rip my essay to shreds now i know it.
    I love all
