    Mexican chorizo is made primarily from the glands and fat of the head and neck of pork and beef.
    Cheek fat, salivary glands, lymph nodes...
    Just tastes like deliciously spiced sausage to me.

    I'm going to the park with my boy after lunch, that either means I can burn off a nasty lunch, or a nasty lunch will burn me lol

    i've a book written by navy seal derrick van orden. nicely titled -  book of man - a navy seal's guide to the lost art of manhood. teaching you how to light a campfire, mix a drink, & handle a terrorist, all in the same day. read about half of it so far. every man must know how to bake bread & cook a bat over fire. he aint lyin, he's ate bat. that's a rough one for me.

    This morning I baked a vanilla cake with vanilla almond icing, and covered it with toasted hazelnuts. For part of the vanilla I use the seeds of a vanilla bean. It's probably been over nine years since I used the seeds of a vanilla bean for a recipe. Joy, joy, joy!

    For lunch I made polenta with feta cheese and added caramelized onions. It will be a good base for creative toppings for lunch at some point. Today I just put guacamole on it. Corn and feta is a good match.

    Curry cauliflower rice with seasoned turkey breast Oh and that roasted garlic just because. There was a salad too but that's boring. 

    Turkey seasoning is coconut oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, paprika, oregano and a dash of s&up.

    Nine eggs stirred in a pot with cream, butter, salt and black pepper; a mess of paleo pancakes; bacon. I forgot to make the hash browns, though. My favorite part, too. But it was getting late, and they are time consuming.

    I'm reading more and more about different cauliflower recipes. How do you make the cauliflower rice? 
    You can pulverize the cauliflower yourself but its just easier to buy it like rice already.

    in a skillet add 2 tbs of coconut oil, add rice, place on med-high heat, add curry seasoning and dash of cayenne. Stir for occasionally for about 10 minutes or until cauliflower is soft.

    I do this in a coconut curry sauce too which is really good!

    Makes my mouth water just looking at it. I don't know what you're planning on doing with it, but I'd be savoring slices of that belly just the way it is!

    That part of the tuna shouldn't be seared but for the most part I'd agree.

    I ve never had leftover pesto to freeze! Lol
    we do always freeze a thing of sauce.
