I always buy from 10 Club because sometimes items are listed on other web sites and then they can't fulfill the orders.

Just the other day I tried to order the LP2 record along with other items.  When it insisted that I could only order LP2 solo I knew this meant a kick to the balls with shipping.  On principle I had to resist buying the other two items and paying separate shipping on them.
It is a total rip off how much they charge for shipping.  If I want something, I will buy it anyway...but I am another here who finds it odd that a band who hates on $10 ticket handling fees would charge 2x on shipping vs. any other place that sells items.

Pretty much the only PJ related merch I buy anymore are 10club exclusives- the Vaults, left over posters, fan club tix, Cubs cap, etc.

Yep...same thing happened to me when trying to order the Let's Play Two vinyl.  I ordered it anyways....pissed at myself for not just waiting until it was available on amazon.  They need to do something about the shipping process...the prices are bad enough, but the actual shipping times are even worse with this mail innovations crap.  Can't even imagine paying those shipping prices that people in Canada and overseas have to pay...crazy.

I'm not a fan of the shipping costs but I mostly buy exclusives so I'm stuck with what they charge. Feel bad for the int'l folks!

Yes, I'll still buy the 10C exclusive stuff like the Vault vinyl, but I won't buy anything that will be or just might be available elsewhere. But where 10C really loses my business because of shipping is with the things I can live without, like posters I especially like, singles, books, and other certain miscellaneous items that I might purchase if it weren't for the international shipping costs. As it is, I just don't normally buy that stuff at all.

I don't buy a lot regardless but when I do I always consider whether I can get it cheaper somewhere else. The shipping costs figure into that calculation.

I would.  I generally only buy stuff that's exclusive to the 10c.   I also don't buy many other merch items other than exclusive vinyl/music.  I either do without, or buy from another retailer when possible.  Shipping is super expensive from the 10c.  I try to shop elsewhere if items go retail.

I'm kinda glad shipping costs are so brutal. I lack impulse control and more often than not jump at items. Once I get to the checkout... like a fist to the jaw... I halt the transaction and back out.

This means I don't end up with an item I never needed in the first place.

Shipping and exchange (nothing against 10club here obviously) have stopped me from getting things on a handful of occasions. It was a small purchase but the record day vinyl was a real eye opener to me on the extra charges.

I don't think I'd really want to pay those prices (international) even if I was a multimillionaire. A rip off is a rip off. It would not be an issue if I lived in the USA though. The domestic shipping costs aren't that bad.

    International shipping? Wow...

I already have to pay $ 50 as a member... I wouldn't complain if I was living in the USA too...
And it has nothing to do with being able to afford it, but when shipping is nearly more than the stuff itself...well... :|

If 10C wants to charge that much for shipping, they should offer more "random lucky items" like color vinyl or gold variant stickers, etc.

I didn't finish my thought and you would be correct.  As someone from the us the shipping rates aren't really a big deal to me but I totally understand the frustration of the international fans.

It's beyond crazy! It essentially doubles the price of vinyl, and with the pre-sale stuff, not being able to combine shipping to make a purchase cheaper sucks. I just hope the Let's Play Two vinyl gets wide release. I expect it will.

I can't justify buying the new Vault because of the shipping to Sweden. The Let's Play Two vinyl I will find somewhere else.

I didn't order the Vault because of the shipping too... :anguished:
So I feel a bit shut out here... with all the other things we can't reach here...
I would love to order my stuff from 10Club... I just shouldn't have to order somewhere else! So sad...

If I can ship a record for $4, TC should b able to ship it cheaper due to the volume they're shipping. Shipping should b competitive, not glaringly higher

Shipping to Canada is 3-4 times what you pay in the US. Toss in customs for an additional treat.

If an item is a 'must have'... I would begrudgingly buy it (I bought Polaroids), but more often than not... I pass. I am not necessarily complaining, but it is a fact that the shipping costs have stopped me from pulling the trigger on a few occasions. It sounds like I'm not alone.
