  I think it's one of those things that they pressed it and over the years they all sold out, and they've never bothered to make more copies, so even the CD can only be bought used now.   I think it's on spotify?  Could try itunes too.  Otherwise you'll have to find a used copy or find it on the grey market ;(

  I had Spotify but, switched to Tidal cause the sound quality is much better.

  The actual album isn't on Spotify - someone simply made an incomplete playlist of the setlist out of studio versions of the songs plus Cash's version of 25 Minutes to Go, lol.
