A good friend of mine will be in LA from Oz on 28th July for a few days and wants to make the most of it....
Can anyone recommend any cool gigs on that w'end??

    Metallica at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, July 29th. I'll be at Portugal. The Man on that same night at the Hollywood Palladium.

    I've pointed him towards songkick.com - seems to be a pretty good site.
    Kasedoug - he'll probably end up at Metallica but I think u have the better option with Portugal. The Man & Benjamin Booker!!!
