Sorry, that did not help your case. The chorus is the only time that song sounds in sync. The music and vocals always seem to be at odds and it never quite sounds right.
I have to say I really like MFS. It's weird, funky, outside-the-box, non-formulaic, experimental even. It gives this album another dimension. It makes you take a double take.... "whoa...what was that?" That's definitely a good thing to me. And the bass-line craziness is just awesome.
I can't say I really like it, but I don't hate it. I think it's far from the worst on the album, and yeah, I think that is because it's kind of weird and bit irksome to the senses. I'll take weird - however unclever - over cheezy every minute of every day of the week.
