I made pimento cheese sandwiches. It was a nice little Sunday
How did they come out? Last year I did sandwiches and they were just okay. This year I used both of these recipes and they were both really good. Feel like the pimento cheese is better on crackers than bread.
Since we're sharing recipes here, this is the one I use for pimento cheese...I've never been disappointed with this one. And it's definitely much better on crackers...

Beautiful day in the Philly burbs. Played a course I've been wanting to play for a while and we were the only people out there. Shot a 91 and it was a pretty tough course. That's with a fucking 9 on an incredibly difficult par 5 too. Fuck that hole.

I think there is nothing better than hitting a pure iron shot. Just a great feeling when you hit it close. I think I am finally getting some consistency in my swing to start dialing in distances.

Rule question that I argued about with my friend with the other day. Here is how I thought the hole should be scored:
Tee shot was not able to be found. Didn't go out of bounds, we just couldn't find it in thick grass. So I dropped off the fairway near where we thought it went. I counted the drop as a stroke. Next shot landed on the green and I two putted. So I figured I am up on three and two putted so that's a 5 right?
