Eddie Vedder to play Bourbon and Beyond Festival in Louisville, KY same weekend as Pilgrimage

    So EV plays Saturday night in KY which means he has to be playing Sunday night in Nashville, even though they havent announced for that one.

    I've only seen 2 day passes for the Pilgrimage Festival. Does anyone know if there are 1 day passes? If so, seeing EV in Louisville on Sat and Nashville on Sunday sounds like a great way to spend a weekend!

    Pulled the trigger for B&B Saturday only tix. Should be fun. Read that Peter Frampton is touring in Steve Miller's band...hope that's true for that show as well.

    Damn I wish I'd known about this before I bought my tix for Pilgrimage.... I have family in Louisville.... and now I'm going to be in Nashville! How confident are we that EV will play Pilgrimage on Saturday?

    I kind of have that feeling too. Not a big deal to me either way, I honestly could pass on his solo shows after seeing five or six of them, really doesn't do it for me like pj always has. Kinda puts me to sleep.... or maybe that's the 14 beers I drink because I'm always leaving my seat to walk around or get a drink.

    I love the solo shows but I can't figure out how they translate to a crowd as massive as ACL. I'd be more interested in the shows between weekends.

    Not too confident since it the B&B fest lists him as Saturday performer.

    Yep good call. He could pull it off for sure- I'd actually think it would be super cool if he did acl but didn't headline. Played late afternoon or something, maybe like fourth down the list on the poster. Don't think that's possible after hof but that would be awesome.

    got our tickets but took a little too long since they went up in price. looks like they'll keep upping the price as time goes on. isn't as good as seeing him in Taormina but it'll do.

    I did too but he's playing the next day at another festival, maybe they scheduled like this to allow travel time? Either way, I'm there. Got my ticket yesterday

    There's usually PJ specific posters and shirts when they play festivals and date/venue specific stuff at Ed's theatre shows so I would assume so

    How long do you expect EV to play? I know this is the first year of the festival but can anyone make an educated guess?  

    Also it looks like the two stages are side by side so that you can catch each act every day.

    Can't wait for the show.  I sold my Pilgrimage tickets to go to this festival.  I hope it is a good one.
