FYI - I'm sure this has been posted in the thread, but I wouldn't worry about getting one'a the 5K copies, as it's just a First Run.

Stoked on this but kinda hate the text that Pearl Jam is written in... Minor annoyance but

Has anywhere else posted that its a double 45? Or just Resident? Sorry, havnt gone through this whole thread. Thinking maybe they confused "double A-side" and put "2 x 7-inch" instead.

Wouldn't "double-A sided" mean 2x 7 inch? Or both songs are on the A-side. I'm guessing the latter, since it's only going to cost around 10 bucks.
One song per side, Double A side basically means that both songs were to be played on the radio (back in the day when they played vinyl)
funny, is they are listing as a 2x7" and will create problems for sure!
    classic
There won't be any problems. You'll pick it up, take it to the counter, and pay for it.

Double A side means that both songs are on the release, a b-side is usually a song that didn't make the cut.

why isn't this on the shop already? ah ok, my band, anyway...

I don't understand an environmentally conscience band putting out more vinyl with old music on it.

    good grief
I used to understand but don't understand anymore why anyone would want a vinyl single of songs they've heard a 1,000 times before and have multiple other formats of.
I can live without understanding all the misteries of the world we live in, I just accept them, a suitable but not good enough analogy would be that vinyl records for us are like the new stacy malibu for smithers...

by the way, does anybody know a better way to recycle platic other than pressing vinyl records?

... I am not in the business of being liked anymore ...

I guess I'm weird. I just don't seem why anyone would want this. We already have these songs on vinyl. This brings nothing to the table, other than a collectable for completists.

They will all be pressed in the EU. However the sleeves will be different the EU versions will have the Sony Music logo and the US copies will not. Just like the 7" singles that were reissued for No Code and Yield.

Nah. Wouldn't do that. This guy is a super old school brooklyn guy who owns the shop has been there forever. He must be in his mid 70's. It's pretty amazing actually that he's been able to keep his shop going.

Many online record stores are putting them up Saturday April 29th. But some will do so prior. Will keep posting if any show up.

But 10club will probably have some up for sale this Saturday at a random time.
