Maybe Hillary wrote the piece for Wikipedia?

According to the Foundation's website, neither Bill Clinton nor his daughter, Chelsea Clinton (both are members of the governing board), draws any salary or receives any income from the Foundation. When Hillary Clinton was a board member she, too, received no income from the Foundation.[10]

In March 2015, Reuters reported that the Clinton Health Access Initiative had failed to publish all of its donors, and to let the State Department review all of its donations from foreign governments after it was spun out of the Clinton Foundation in 2010.[84] In April 2015, the New York Times reported that when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State, the State Department had approved a deal to sell American uranium to a Russian state-owned enterprise Uranium One whose chairman had donated to the Clinton Foundation, and that Clinton had failed to disclose such donations.[85] The State Department "was one of nine government agencies, not to mention independent federal and state nuclear regulators, that had to sign off on the deal."[86] FactCheck.org notes that there is "no evidence" that the donations influenced Clinton’s official actions or that she was involved in the State Department's decision to approve the deal,[87] and PolitiFact concluded that any "suggestion of a quid pro quo is unsubstantiated."[86]

Or Unsung's super duper extra secret government contacts provide him with information not available to us bootlicking statists?

Factcheck.org? LOL, what will you cite next, snopes?

Let's see big donation to Clinton Foundation from Russia gets big uranium deal. That is corruption.

Can you dispute the bolded part with reputable links? Or just attack the source. Hillary Clinton has been the most investigated and scrutinized political appointee, elected official and candidate in modern political history and she's never been to jail. Why is that?

    OP
For thread integrity you opened with "This is just one topic Hillary knows a lot about and I'm thrilled to see her out there again promoting the ideas I believe in. I personally had to deal with sexism again last night and when it happens, I have to speak up. Things have improved through my life but not enough and not fast enough. So many little girls out there need to grow up in a better world. I have a strong-willed little girl in my family and she should be able to do what she wants...and earn a fair and equitable salary for it. She's very smart. It's my dream.

What sexism did you have to put up with that spurred you to start a thread on it?
What is holding you down as a female that is not improving fast enough?
"So many little girls need to grow up in a better world" - What about people in general?, little boys too?
Why wouldn't a strong-willed little girl in your family not be able to do what she wants and earn a fair/equitable salary?
Explanation is needed from you thoroughly starting a thread like this.

Gender aside, experiencing sexism can be as personal and offensive as being otherwise molested, depending on the situation.

Regardless, to demand details of such strikes me as intrusive, and a bit rude - from here, anyway. I can't imagine anyone with some semblance of empathy asking "so what happened, anyway?" of any other person who was violated in some way.

Guessing if the experience wanted to be shared, it would've been.

And who knows, maybe you'll luck out getting the full details!

Thank goodness for the men out there who get it. AND the women.

What a difference it would make.
Marching around stating that you personally experienced "sexism the other day" doesn't hold much water nowadays.
What happened and what needs to change?

the point of the thread wasn't about personal experience, but it may have been what inspired the need to post about the topic. from what I know of Kat, you won't receive the answer you seek. Nor should you expect to.

it is a FACT that women make about 70% of the wages men do for doing the same job. if that isn't enough in and of itself, I don't know what is.

if YOU made 7/10 of what a woman made at what you do, for no other reason than your gender, damn right you'd be pissed about it, don't you think?

If your argument were true then why hire men if you could get a labor force 30% cheaper? It is ridiculous.

And the above graph compares the same career path or all employed? Looks like all employed.

Good point. Let's look at that, shall we?

One year after graduation, it was found that women earned 82 percent of what the men earned, with similar education and experience as their male counterparts. 10 years after graduation, those women were only earning 69 percent of what the men were earning. After accounting for occupation, hours worked, age, college major, and many other factors, an astonishing seven percent difference between the earnings of women and men was left unaccounted for within a year of graduation and a 12 percent unexplained difference was found within 10 years.

Out of the 20 most common occupations for women and the 20 most common occupations for men, only four occupations are shared in these lists. A mere 5.4 percent of women work in male-dominated fields.

“Women in ‘male’ jobs such as computer programming still face a pay gap compared with their male counterparts.” In 2012, female computer programmers earned 84% of what male computer programmers earned. Female financial managers earned an astounding 70% of what male financial managers earned. Female lawyers earned only 80% of what male lawyers earned.

    ...you were saying...?

Pretty sure a waiter/waitress is paid the same hourly wage, grocery clerk, etc.
When in comes to business salary is often based on qualifications and education level.
Speak up and state your discrimination and don't be general.
Anyone can state "I personally experienced .....", but without the example the point is moot.

Personal explanations may be wanted but are certainly not needed before anyone starts a thread.

Right....so starting a thread about personally experiencing sexism but won't elaborate?
What is the point of the thread?
the point of the thread wasn't about personal experience, but it may have been what inspired the need to post about the topic. from what I know of Kat, you won't receive the answer you seek.

I hear what you are saying.
I just don't get that all these women and proponent males of their voice who say they make less but don't give concrete examples other than statistics and graphs.

If you can't understand statistics....which are FACTS, then you probably never will understand the point of equal rights/pay in the workforce.

    I LOVE MUSIC.

I know how to read a graph of statistics.
The one posted above does not mean anything to anyone.
It is merely numbers and mean as much as the polls that showed Hillary was a shoe in.

I guarantee if you were a female that lived the the United States, it would sure as fuck mean something to you.

And to your final ridiculous point, the poll numbers were PROJECTIONS, not actual STATISTICS.

To your first point - Are you saying that a female in the USA will make less statistically at say Starbucks?, insert any restaurant name etc.

To your second point - Projections are as meaningless as statistics, I mean President Trump was supposed to be a loser remember?

Where is your graph that shows Hillary is one as well?
