Cool lineup. HAIM is great live.

Does this make a PJ west coast tour more or less likely?

I can't find ticket prices anywhere. Anyone have any insight, maybe from last year's festival?

Well they won't be playing in October because MLB playoffs. So maybe after? Tough to see anything before with Europe this summer.

Maybe a midwest tour in August/September and then a West coast swing in November/December?

My guess would be that EV takes a nice summer break with family after Taormina (July/Aug) , then plays a few solo dates in the Pacific North West or Hawaii in late Aug/Early Sept in advance of Ohana, and then Pearl Jam plays a decent West Coast tour in November/December (after baseball). Here's to hoping!

If the money is right of course. However the fact that he is also on the bill with Ed makes me believe that they will be touring together around this date! And if they are, wouldnt you think that Ed must be releasing some new music behind all this touring?? I have high hopes!

Hot Damn, that's an incredible lineup, Eddie and Jack at the same festival is enough to get me seriously considering the trip, then you add Ray Lamontagne? Honey, we're going to California!

Anyone who went last year who could provide some insight into the festival itself? How big is it, what's the vibe like? Did it sell out quickly? I'm guessing you're not actually on the beach...

I went last year. It was amazing. I was about 5 feet from the stage. I think there was close to 20K people. I got there super early to get a good spot. Stood there for about eight hours straight. You couldn't leave or you would lose your spot. Paid some chick to bring me beer, but couldn't leave to pee, bummer. Not on the beach literally, but the sand is right behind the bleachers. I just got back from both Wrigley nights the weekend before. Almost didn't go but turns out that would had been the biggest mistake ever. EV was so effin amazing, I was blown away. I will be there in the same spot this year!
