Jeez barely anything on the east coast :disappointed:

That's too bad, I would love to have been able to see them again, but I don't think I'll travel for APC.

Just announced in the last few days, another one of Maynard's projects will be coming to NYC the weekend of 6/3........ (cc: @Thirty Bills Unpaid )

I'm still not holding my breath for the new album, but it would be nice to see Tool in the Northeast again (it's 5 years since they played Boston)
    Sigh.
    Sorry to bother you.

Hoping for some fall dates across the Northern US and Canada. Read a rumor on another board TOOL will have tour dates later this year. If true I would guess they will be around the same time as the NYC festival.

    +1

I'm surpsed APC is skipping the NE & NW..... maybe they didn't sell well the last time around.
I thought Boston sold out in 2011, but could be mistaken.

I'm hoping Tool plans some non-festival dates up this way too..... it's only been 5 years.

me too, TOOL has not played DC area since 2009 or 2010 I think. I can't see APC selling that much better in the south than the northeast, but I guess you never know. Just surprising how often Maynard skips this market outside of Puscifier.

Nah, this makes no sense that they're not even doing Chicago, let alone NYC. Virtually nowhere even north of Denver? There's got to be another round later in the summer/fall.

And Thirty! Got three Tools and one Puscifer under my belt.

    (not a quadruple-entendre =) )

SO wanting to give APC a healthy notch on this incredible road - my road, his and mine - of music.

If you can make it happen, go for it. Keenan & Howerdel nail the harmonies live.

Good luck to everyone trying for tickets, I'm jealous you got shows in your area!

I've seen Tool twice and Puscifer once (at a festival).

    Love Tool.

There's a YouTube video of the entire Tool concert in Spokane. It's taken from directly behind me and my son- the angle from which we watched the show.

Quality is good and serves as a gift of sorts.

Merkin, a friend just reminded me the tickets are going on sale tomorrow. Still trying to find the damned link!

Thirty, I love that you love Tool. Maynard's style and poetry and just that fucking talent! They always get me - and I, them.

Sometimes I swoon - not necessarily over him (though his bra and wig phase? Color me a sucker for it), but over those many-leveled connections.

I'm looking forward to a Vancouver or Seattle show.I haven't seen them since 2010.

Great band live always next level.

Good luck! I hope you score!

Yesterday Boston Calling announced Tool would headline this year, so that made my week; granted it's a festival, but it's still only 20 minutes from where I live, I'll take it!

Great news about Tool, too. I'm not a festival person but they'd make it worth it.

    Scored Nashville tix....can't wait

I screwed up and missed APC several years ago when they came through Indy. They played the fairgrounds coliseum which is about an 8000 seat arena...would have been epic

Hedo, I hope you got your tickets. I got some really good but not great ones for Phoenix to go with a couple friends. Ticketmaster sucks so hard.

Ticketmaster is a pain in the butt to use. I tried right at 10 to get tickets for the Austin show, website kept saying no tickets available. A minute or so later it was showing tickets but only in the sections on the extreme sides of the stage which i kept passing up and re-searching. Then the system kept giving me more and more graphics to determine if I was a bot, then it kept saying could not process request. I gave up. I checked back an hour later and there were actually some tickets available in various other sections. I got a pair in the upper section. Probably not great but at least I got some.

Did I also mention the fees...ugh!

Ticketmaster sucks. I use 3 browsers so I can hold tickets while I keep hitting search again on the other browsers. 15 minutes after getting upper balcony and the extreme side of the stage every time raised floor seats center stage opens up. It was too long after the sale started for those to be released by someone that got them right away. I think TM tries to sell the worse seats to start to unload them. Shady business practice right there.

Possible that APC is at Lollapalooza or Riot Fest. Usually when a band like this comes as close as St Louis or Cleveland earlier in the year on tour and Chicago is passed up, it's a sign that they'll play one of the festivals.

I'm curious too. Even though I like their album of cover songs, I hope they take it easy on the covers this tour and at least bring back Judas.

I got so caught up in the excitement of Tool coming to my area, I totally forgot about APC in 2017. They did tell us there would be new music this year, and the website has been redesigned, so I would think there’s still more to come from this band beyond the dates they’ve already announced.
