Free ... that was a great video. Hard to argue with the fellow in the video. Unfortunately it's not garnering much attention around here...

actually read this story from the Sunday Philadelphia Inquirer. these are the kinds of idiots that elected Trump. racist back country hillbillies and idiots who think he represents some kind of change. I hope they go back and interview these people when every Trump cabinet nominee is a Washington insider. what will they say about Trump representing change then? Trump said exactly what these types wanted to hear and they bought it all even though a good portion of it was bs. one guy in the article even says Trump is a humanitarian who wants to help the country. really?

    Hillary
propped up trump and her war hawkishness.
    interesting read imo

    http://mondoweiss.net/2017/07/clinton-because-communities/amp/

professors argue that Clinton lost the battleground states of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan in last year’s presidential election because they had some of the highest casualty rates during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and voters there saw Clinton as the pro-war candidate.

By contrast, her pro-war positions did not hurt her in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California, the study says; because those states were relatively unscathed by the Middle East wars.

The study is titled “Battlefield Casualties and Ballot Box Defeat: Did the Bush-Obama Wars Cost Clinton the White House?”

The right always wants more war.  Regardless of the casualties.  Trump won MI, WI and PA due to Russian interference and targeted facebook ads portraying Hillary as the devil.

So you're saying you would have preferred a democratic candidate other than Hillary be POTUS right now instead of Trump?

How can you possibly deduct that?

Any other candidate would have beat him, except maybe Sanders.

Unfortunately, she didn't get enough of them in the right states because we still have the antiquated electoral college.  But maybe it's more about the people who didn't vote than it was about the ones who voted for whom.

If the whole Russian interference thing turns out to be true we will have something to bitch about.  But there are some sharp minds who believe the whole Russian things is simply smoke and mirrors that democrats hang on to rather than face up to having made some poor choices (see photo above, for example).

I'm not saying any of this to piss off my democrat friends here.  You know I lean that way more than republican.  But the democratic party  is in nearly just as much disarray and the sooner that is recognized, the sooner something will be done to make it a strong party again.  Let's start facing reality and stop blaming things we cannot prove.

Peace friends, I'm only trying to help.

I thought the 2007 writer's strike was to blame for Trump.
Changed the fortune of his TV career and turned him into a celebrity - a thing Conservatives love to vote for.

It isn't antiquated.  Is free speech antiquated?  Freedom of religion?  Should we have to quarter soldiers in our homes?
