What was the poster situation for Boston?

I'm going to both Chicago shows coming up here, and was wondering if anyone who was at the Fenway shows could shed some light on the poster situation. I saw there were like 6 posters. Did they sell out for night one the day before the show? Did they replenish them for both nights? Just not wanting to miss out, but am willing to go early to get them if I need to. Just planning a strategy. Thanks!

They replenished them all week. I didn't go to the merch stand until 4:30 on Friday and I think they had all if not almost all the posters still available. They also had them all for sale inside at multiple stands.

Nearly impossible, I was there 6 hours early Friday and couldn't get it, about 4 hours early Sunday with no luck. Scored an AP though.

I did score the Thomas Print on the way out Night 1. It was the only one I wanted. So I was disappointed prior to the show to see it sold out, but then on the way out I saw it up on the wall in one of the booths. I rushed in and snatched up 2 of them. Don't worry I wasn't flipping it. Grabbed one for my buddy who had different 10C seats. They must have gotten the go ahead to replenish for after the show. As for Night 2 we got there early. I didn't see it anywhere, but the other 5 were everywhere.

If you buy poster and tube outside can you bring it into the stadium? I assume so, but wondering if security was hassling anyone about entering with poster tubes.

There were zero Thomas posters at Fenway on Sunday morning at any of the outside locations - even if you were first on line waiting for 10am. On the brightside, the two shows last weekend were incredible. Enjoy the music and be safe.

Awesome, thanks for all of the feedback. It sounds like it would pay to get there early to make sure I get first dibs. Nothing worse at a show than getting shutout from a poster you love. I heard Boston had a pretty smooth merch experience this year, 2013 Wrigley was nuts. Hopefully they learned their lesson. Glad to hear those shows were great.

I got all my posters and then went back to get some for friends on another day. I had no issues, but I went on first day that merch opened. I must say, Boston merch was very well organized and the wait was not that long the second time (Thursday), I only waited about an hour, maybe less and got there at about 1pm. Line moved quick.
