Cool story about Rock-n-Ribs,

Iron Maiden kicked off their tour in Ft Lauderdale and my friends and I went to Rock-n-Ribs the day of the show. The place closed down at 5 or so to let the entire staff go see the show. They also ran out of food the night before. Can you imagine.

Nicko McBrain has to be one of the coolest bosses. Great food and Great Experience. I think the coolest thing is they have some of the mummy stage props from the Live After Death tour.

I'm driving solo from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa the day of the Tampa show(April 11th). I AM ONLY DRIVING ONE WAY THOUGH....flying out from tampa the day after the show.

Check out Budget. They do one-way rentals for the cheapest IMO. If you Google "Budget Rental online promo codes" you should be able to find some decent deals too.

Easiest way is renting a car. Other options include Tri-Rail that runs from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. I've only done it once.

Renting a car is much easier.

Car rentals are pretty cheap. I got one through Priceline for Friday through Monday for $70.

For breakfast in Jacksonville, you have to check out The Metro Diner. They serve other food too, but the breakfast is so damn good, I don't understand why anyone gets anything else. Lots of locations. Try the banana pancakes (or if you want a little of everything, try the Bissell Breakfast)

The place was also on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives (if that means anything to you)

My girlfriend lives in Jax and we visit a Metro Diner every time I visit. Damn, I'm hungry just thinking about the place.

We will be partying from 1-6 and the Jacksonville Sports Tavern is right outside the arena.
