How early is too early?
I have GA tix for L.A. night 2... Just wondering how early people have been getting to the venues to try and get as close as possible... Never had to worry about this before, always had a seat. (First world problems)

Roll in at show time. You can always work your way up pretty close. The GA sections aren't massive this tour
I think you're better off hanging with the drinking crowd versus the obsessive front row crowd
Second show always sucks
Agreed. I don't get the "rail mentality" so many people have. GA is not a huge section, it's not the whole floor... anywhere in it is probably good. Don't be "that guy" who thinks you can come in late and push your way through to the front of people who were waiting all day! Just get in and claim a spot without standing in front of someone who was there first.
I'm hanging at the preparty in PHX and walking in at 7:30, just in case they actually start at 7:30, we all know they won't but I've been late to too many concerts where I walk in and it's the 2nd or 3rd song. Man I still remember seeing Tenacious D at HOB in San Diego a few years ago after parking etc, got there less than an hour after the supposed start time on the ticket with a DJ opener, and missed the whole intro and first couple songs. Hate when that happens. Sorry for getting side tracked.

If you're planning on parking I would give yourself plenty of time. That's your biggest hurdle there. You might want to park across campus from the arena just to alleviate any headache finding a spot or leaving in the lot across from the arena
