Garden would be the most epic opener ever. Especially if they played it the way they did during alot of the 2006 shows.

    My head says Release.
    My gut says Corduroy.

    Either one I will love.

I agree most likely release or long road. Hard to imagine would be awesome too. I can't stop thinking about what that first note will be and how it will feel.

Like I said I would love Garden, maybe they will bring it out to open at "Budweiser Gardens" but realistically I see them opening wrigley with Hard to Imagine or Corduroy, like others are saying.

Long Road holds a special place in my heart....so that's what I hope for. I won't be disappointed with anything they choose tho, as the old adrenalin always kicks in no matter what! An acoustic "I Believe in Miracles" would be cool as shit though 8-)

hard to imagine, or of the girl, would both be awesome, but what I'd really like to hear is 2000 mile blues. as far as I can find it would be the first time It was ever played live. it's also really close to how far I'm traveling.

Logically speaking, it will either be a well known slow opener (Release) or a well known rocker (Corduroy, Animal, Go).

I can't imagine PJ playing to a baseball stadium and beginning the show with something rare, unknown to most fans and slow. This will probably be a festival-like setlist with an extra 10-15 songs.

    If its "an evening with"...
It may follow Gorge 2005; Mansfield 2003; and Red Rocks 1995
With an accoustic opening.. The first song in each was :
    1995 Long Road
    2003 Long Road
    2005 I believe in Miracles
    "This here's a REQUEST!"
EV intro to Chloe Dancer / Crown of Thorns
