    To a point... For this I would finish off before the end of the year. After that it doesn't matter anymore.

    These beers will age fine. Keep them stored in a cool, dark place. You can age many beers up to 14 years. One of my favorites to do this with is Thomas Hardy's English Ale.

    Now that is a damn good one right there! Just make sure if you are keeping beers stored for more than a few years, put some tape around the cap because they are only guaranteed for 2 years I think it is. They may let air in if you will be saving for a while.

    Anyways, back to your PJ20 beer... Good luck. It will be fine!
