Just when you think these disgusting scumbags couldn't get any worse. As if this wasn't bad enough

(viewtopic.php?f=13&t=196650&p=4667559#p4667559.)

These megalomaniacs, these narcissistic, greedy pieces of shit, will continue to do all they can to exert control over the country and the serfs, I mean, masses. They have gotten everything they wanted--taxes are historically low. They have done nothing in the way of hiring; instead, out of spite for the evil, anti-American, anti-business, radical socialist Kenyan Marxist, they have sped up layoffs even in a time of massive wealth for themselves. These fucks are as un-American as you can get.
The Occupy movement should have been MORE VIOLENT
But, too many in the middle-class will, as usual, vote against their best interests. They'll take to the streets for these corporate masters who spit on them, those who disparage the 47% as lazy free-loaders.
A backwards system, a backwards nation.

David Siegel Email To Workers Threatens Layoffs If Obama Is Reelected (UPDATE)

The super-rich guy who claims he’s the one who got George W. Bush elected is doing everything he can to make sure Mitt Romney wins in November too.

David Siegel, the founder and CEO of giant timeshare company Westgate resorts, sent an opus-like email to his workers, railing against one-percent bashing and arguing that the president’s reelection would “threaten your job.” In the email, obtained by Gawker, Siegel goes on to write:

If any new taxes are levied on me, or my company, as our current President plans, I will have no choice but to reduce the size of this company.
Siegel has a history of injecting himself in to critical political events. In the “The Queen of Versailles,” the documentary chronicling Siegel’s quest to obnoxiously build the biggest house in America, the Florida real estate mogul claims he was “personally responsible” for George W. Bush’s 2000 presidential victory. He also goes on to say that his tactics for helping Bush win “may not necessarily have been legal.”

Siegel isn’t the first CEO to push his political preferences on his employees. Bob Murray, CEO of coal company Murray Energy, allegedly pressured his workers to donate money to the Romney campaign. Murray energy workers have also accused the company of forcing them to participate in a pro-Romney rally, give up a day’s worth of pay and face the possibility of getting fired if they didn’t.

And Richard Lacks, CEO of car parts manufacturer Lacks Enterprises, urged his employees to vote for Romney on the basis of the claim that four more years of Obama would mean a boost in taxes and a decrease in pay. Talk about rocking the vote.

UPDATE: After Gawker published its piece, they spoke to Siegel, who confirmed that he sent the email and that he based it off a chain email that went around before the 2008 elections. "It speaks the truth and it gives [employees] something to think about when they go to the polls," he told Gawker.

    Money obviously can't buy class.

And yes, this is me... the director of such cinematic gems as "Splatter In the Grass" and
"Shaving Ryan's Privates" calling his wife a skank.

This is the guy who claims he was “personally responsible” for George W. Bush’s 2000 presidential victory. He also goes on to say that his tactics for helping Bush win “may not necessarily have been legal.”

So there you go. That's the kind of person who really wants Mitt Romney to win. You think it's so he can make the world a better place for the average American.

    Agreed
You must have seen how outclassed Obama was in the debate. You hit the nail on the head. He may have a few million dollar net worth but still a classless sham.

All I saw in the debate was Mitt Romney lying about having provisions for pre-existing conditions, calling his sons lazy liars and demonstrating that he thinks 1 in 12 equals "half."

He claimed that the president raised the deficit (wrong, he lowered it) and a bunch of other totally untrue stuff.

Oh, I also noticed that telling lies seems very natural to him and he did it win the same tone I got from that used car salesman trying to sell me the hummer in 2008.

I did notice that the president kinda stood back and let him tell lie after lie. Which became the story, didn't it?

But that's not what this thread is about. This thread is about what a bunch of proud, admitted criminals the republican mega donors are. Do you have an opinion in that?

    Woot?

Lying, distorting facts, changing positions for the 18th time, being condescending and patronizing to 47% of the population--you know, those lazy seniors and military personnel, etc.--yup, that's classy. That's what I would teach my kids.

    From Politifact's analysis:
"So, far from doubling the deficit, Obama (along with, it should be noted, some Republican help in Congress) has instead reduced the deficit by about 8 percent."

Sure it rose i the first few years, what else is it going to do int he middle of a severe recession. But, it is coming down. We sometimes have to think beyond the present.

By redefining the starting point. The last full year deficit under Bush was under $500 Billion ( Which is TERRIBLE). It is now over 1 trillion CONSISTENTLY.

That being said, the DEBT rose 79%!!!! In 4 YEARS!!! 79%!!!! Ummm. Sure - I guess that's not EXACTLY DOUBLING the Debt. I'm not sure what Kool aid you guys are drinking, but even if you do the "revised Fiscal year that included 8 months under Obama - keeping the deficit at over $1 Trillion for 4 years running is a bit of an issue. Don't you think? LOWERED indeed.

And I took all those numbers from your link. There has to be better links to make your case. Don't just read the last line of articles. Reading the actual content is enlightening.

Debt and deficit are two different things. So don't lecture me about "enlightening."

More importantly.. the debt you're talking about is just us having to pay for the things that were bought by the last president with no way to pay for them. George W Bush essentially did a dine and dash and now we're blaming the current president for that money not being paid. I know conservatives hate it when we "blame Bush" for things that Bush did. But actually placing the blame where it belongs is a good start to understanding why we are where we are.

Things like an unfunded war, prescription drug bills and massive tax cuts. Those all had HUGE, unavoidable and long-lasting effects on the national debt. To blame them on our current president just shows how little people pay attention. The president HAS lowered the projected defect but he can't just stop paying for the things we bought. That's not going to solve any problem.

And making it worse? Remember that "debt ceiling" thing? People wanted to us not raise the debt ceiling, thinking that meant we would "stop spending?" That's not what that meant. It meant that we had to pay for the things we already bought. And what happens when you don't pay your credit card bills? Do they just go away? No... they do not. Your interest rate gets raised and you have to pay MORE. And that's what happened when the Tea Party threw up such a fuss about the debt ceiling... our credit rating was lowered, our interest rate was raised and we just owe more money without actually spending anything. And THAT is 100% the fault of the Republicans who dug in their heels and intentionally sabotaged the US economy so they could have the talking point that "the president doubled the national debt."

    So yeah... do your reading.

    Thanks.

The only thing different about this guy from many, many, many people out there including some on this forum is that he's got more money and power.

There are so many lies, deceptions and half-truths being floated about both candidates that it's disgusting.

I literally have zero respect for anyone out there who enthusiastically supports and promotes either one of these two liars, cheats and crooks.
The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.

Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.

If you think a man that weighs 650 pound can brag about losing 2 pounds in the past four years, then yeah, Obama has done a fantastic job at lowering the deficit.

But he didn't brag about it.

However if he loses two pounds, it would be a lie to say he gained 75. Right?

True. And it's not just his fault the deficit is so high, it's all of congress as well.
