Vs. booklet gun diagram and the words?

Hey just looking at the vs. cover and what are the words where the gun is? I don't think that they are part of a song on the album?

    my advice is to use headphones and then you'll hear it more clearly..

    somewhere before the guitar solo ... dont remember where, ill get back with the exact position, you can here someone say these words. i dont know who is the one who says them.

    Maybe I should use headphones as I thought that part was them running some lyrics backwards.

    more exact -

    after finishing "always keep it loaded part", it starts on the third bar.
    again, i think its coming from the left. "kindred to being an american"

    about 1:50 on my panel.
