wow, you mean ACTUALLY going to a record store and checking with someone IN PERSON? you are a smart individual. now if only half the whiners tried this. ha, sorry, i know many don't have local access to vinyl shops.

and i did it on the cool. so i don't really care if anyone is pissed that i have two. hey won't be flipped. they are too cool. my kid can flip um when i'm dead.
i used to have a local record store that would let you take a release home on the friday,when it shouldnt of been on sale till the monday morning.
It shut down not long after HMV came to town.

mmk... im thinking thick like fugazis self-titled debut... thats the only real thick vinyl i have... if anyone has that LP too you know what im talking about... it feels heavy almost like a lazer disc ... im hoping into the wild is thick like that...

i would recommend it... i forgot to look how much it was at bestbuy when i clicked the link... but i think its like $100-120 at costco right now... might be worth shopping around... that ones nice tho cause it easily plugs into modern speakers and converts from vinyl to mp3... i saw one at target too that looks old school and has speakers built in, but cant speak for the quality of that
