itunes help needed

I'm having trouble downloading the itunes software. Keep getting an error message, the download time keeps ticking away but the download indicator is making no progress. I've left it for almost an hour now and nothing's happened!! I've got windows xp if that makes a difference...any ideas anyone??? Thanks.

    Try again, sounds like a connection problem.

    Or download Firefox ( http://getfirefox.com ) and try it.

    Thanks...I've eventually managed to download it ok. Only problem is that link I got to the Eels rarities I wanted hasn't worked:(. Never mind.
