How do you insert the reason for editing?

I've noticed that some people have been able to give the reason for editing a post. How can I do that?
Sometimes I have typos that I notice later and I'd like to be able to note that as the reason for the edit.
Could someone tell me how to do that?

Haha! I got that. In an end of the pier-end-hello sort of way.
Now I can add amusing little comments too!
