Have you ever met people at a concert.....

that has become life-long friends..... I have, lots... people from all over the country in which I frequently try to visit.... makes for good travels to places I've never seen..... You got stories?

    Absolutely loads of stories.. I think most people here have em. My best friend I actually met at a NON Pearl Jam concert :eek: . I've met countless really really wonderful friends through Pearl Jam... a large amount of whom I can imagine being in my life for a long long time.

    I was in Oslo last month visiting one of them... along with several others... next month I'll be in Birmingham visiting more.

    I keep saying: It's not like I DIDN'T feel like I belonged anywhere before I started seeing Pearl Jam... but going to their concerts has actually made my life complete. I'm not just talking about the concerts, the friends, the travelling, all of it.

    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    Met a guy at the Gorge concert...I like to think of him as a friend...and others that are super cool as well...Like SoS said, they know who they are...Met a crapload of nice folks at Flight to Mars last year... and I hope I get to see them all again in March (if there's another CCFA fundraiser in 2008).... ;)

    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
