Basically, some people are making office lip dubbing (I used to call this lip synching) videos. The one I watched of Harvey Danger's "Flagpole Sitta" made me crack up. Even better, in their link to the video they advertise that they are hiring. Here: http://www.vimeo.com/173714

Exactly my first thought. What a most excellent and dynamic bunch of co-workers. Would be an excellent place to work.
Talk about great PR for the company as well.
