That is exactly the problem ... One side isn't right, and picking one side is thus not appropriate.
Don't pick a side. Just a suggestion.
Demand responsibility and accountability from all sides. This way no one gets catered to and appeased.
Because we all know, just like wityh a child, when you coddle a child and appease the child; you are only encouraging and teaching them that bad behavior is acceptable-even rewarded if they can come up with a believable excuse and/or find a way to manipulate the facts and effectively blame someone else.
Then, nevermind:D
