where is Dave's picture on the Unplugged DVD sleeve?

this might have already been brought up before, but why was his picture left off when he was just as much a part of it as the rest of the band?

    They hate Dave and that is why his picture is not on the DVD sleeve. I'm surprised they didn't edit him out of the show.

    seriously. it's been almost 15 years since they (or just Eddie) kicked him out of the band. you're telling me there are STILL bitter feelings and they don't feel like he deserves the credit? they should get over it already.

    Actually it wasn't a time issue, but they spent all of their 'special effects' budget editing Oceans. ;)
