Ticketmaster Vs LiveNation

I am curious as to one thing between Ticketmaster and LiveNation. Why were the tickets fees on LiveNation cheaper then Ticketmaster? What level of service is Ticketmaster providing that is worth $10 more a ticket then LiveNation? You would think that by sheer volume of ticket sales Ticketmaster would have less overhead to cover and therefore less fees. Green Disease at it's finest!!

    I find it comical that TM charges 2.50 to print the tickets at home but they will mail them to you for free
