I was watching this on Bravo last night, and watching the movie, although a bit corny, brought back memories of the way kids were in the late 80s. I was only in 6th grade back then, but I can still remember the fashion sense, music of that time. Who else remembers this movie. Lea Thompson was HOT as fuck in this movie...and in a way, so was Mary Stuart Masterson.

I love the big mean punk guy. lol When he rips the top of the desk off to show off his artwork? lol
Great soundtrack to identify the time too.

You mean Duncan? Yeah, what about when he and his gang crash the dickhead's party at the end of the movie?
About Lea Thompson, I've always had a crush on her; from Red Dawn to Back to the Future to Howard The Duck to Some Kind Of Wonderful all the way to Caroline in the City.

    Yes, Duncan! :)
He was such a great character.
:o When I was 16 I was at Wesleyan University for an arts program and one of my instructors looked exactly like her. I loved her. She was gorgeous, smart, funny...she was IT. :)
And that poor little slob that had it bad for Mary S Masterson??? lol

    I remember it....I love 80's movies. :)
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.
  • I liked Duncan, he was cool, in detention drawing the picture of his girlfriend without skin :)
Arms wide open with the sea as my floor.
