How much is too much to pay for Binaural on vinyl?

I know it depends on how much one likes the album, but it's my favorite and my local record store has a sealed copy of it for $250. That's quite a bit for a 20 year old full time college student with a part time job working maintenance at a grocery store with a girlfriend. Is it ridiculous to pay that?

if you're gonna play it...I'd suggest getting a slightly used one....you'll save a hundred bucks.

Just get a used one for less than $125. Still sealed collector prices are ridiculous.... if you plan on playing it, buy it open, but in good condition.

I just bought a sealed vinyl of Ten for 20 bucks. I felt it was a good deal. Just something I felt I should have. I don't think it was a bad deal.

    funny you created this thread.

i've been looking for one myself and was thinking about starting a very similar thread. i looked on ebay and i could only find one auction and they were asking for a starting bid of $250!! fuck that!

i was hoping to snag one for around $50

Rather than create a new thread, I thought I'd just ask in this one: What do the vinyls usually run for? From what I've gathered, Ten/Vs./Avocado are fairly easy to find, but No Code/Yield/Binaural are pretty pricey? I've just started to look for some vinyls and amass some sort of collection, so of course I need to get as many PJ vinyls as I can.

there usually about 20 bucks and your assumption is correct, its all about supply and demand, i have the whole pj catalog in vinyl i got no code yield binaural a few years back at a independent record store here on the cape, they can usually get me anything i ask for, it took about six months to get binaural on vinyl though, that was the hardest vinyl to get by far..
