BOTH! Definitely! Hopefully (crossing all my fingers and toes!) I'll just have to have sorted out how to express right? Hopefully the bubs will be 5 weeks old by then. The OB said if I make full term (which is Jan 12) it will be a nine pounder. Oh my fucking god. :shock: And I'm 5ft4. Really don't want to be giving birth to anything bigger than that! But at least he/she is healthy right?
If I can go to one concert, then I reckon I can make two, which will be absolute heaven. At least for one night I won't have the post pj blues afterwards. But not sure I'll get tix for one let alone two!

I think I will just go for tickets in the public sale. But I am considering trying the 10C lottery for the Opera House show. I don't need a pair of tickets, but I think that show will be very difficult to get a ticket for. I'm not entirely sure what to do!

If I can get tickets to other shows I'm thinking of travelling...I'll probably be lucky to get 1 ticket in Sydney, but I was looking online at the cost of flights and it is a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.
I work casually (but full-time hours) so my work situation is very flexible. I cancelled my shift this Wednesday so I can be on the computer to try and get tickets. The issue would be whether I can even get a ticket to more than one show. I've hardly ever travelled in Australia, so it could be a good opportunity to visit some other cities .

Yep the Palais is a cool old theatre in St Kilda (Melbourne's answer to a beachy suburb! With average beaches of course), seats about 3000 I think. It would be awesome to see Eddie there Emma, if I wasn't going to have a one-month-old at home I'd make you come out for a drink with me!!! Either way, if you come down hopefully we can catch up in line or the foyer or something! And I'm sure if you get a pair of tickets to the Opera House, there will be loads of PJ fans willing to accompany you! Last time his concerts sold out so quickly . . .You should try defs. So excited. St Kilda sounds nice , I've been looking at accommodation in St Kilda, Perth & Brisbane so if I have any luck with tickets, then I can book hotels and flights. It all depends on how hard it is to get tickets! I will probably be lucky to get a ticket to any show, let alone all of them, but damn I would love to go on an EV holiday .

I bought tickets for both Sydney shows through the presale and I am SO excited!
I was really lucky and got a 2nd row seat at the State Theatre, only a few seats over from where I was in 2011.
Plus I got a ticket for the Opera House too in circle box C, so fingers crossed I have a good view from that seat too.

WOW!!! Hon those seats at the state theatre are INSANE. An Eddie Vedder fan's wet dream!!! Sadly I didn't have the correct link (never got an email with presale info from Ticketmaster) so sat there like a fucking retard pressing f5 and getting the same 'tickets not available' message! My husband ended up working it out like 1.5 hours later so I now have a terrible single seat for the Sunday, and a pair of unknown tenclub seats for the Tuesday. So sad and annoyed with myself for not having the right info, what's the point of being such an obsessive loser if u can't even get the link right hey Will try for a better seat for Sunday in the public sale. With the tenclub tix an unknown (and apparently often pretty bad on the last tour) I just want one decent seat. Please music gods! So excited you got second row. That's amazing Emma! Wish me luck for tomorrow!

I bought tickets for Perth too...so there we go, my first EV holiday, certainly gave my c.card a good workout today! I got a seat in the 8th row and a seat in the 4th row for Perth. I mucked around on ticketek adding and deleting tickets until I got the best seats that ticketek dished out.
I'm going to try for Melbourne in the general sale tomorrow. My family think I'm nuts (well my dad doesn't, he understands after seeing Ed's show), but I am really happy.

Well I missed out on a ticket for the extra Sydney show (was my own silly fault) and by the time I tried for Melbourne there was barely any tickets left so I didn't bother. With the extra Sydney show, the first time I tried it gave me a really crappy ticket at the back, so I tried again and then get a much better ticket (row M). Then I stupidly tried again to see if I could get better, then it gave me a row Q ticket. When I finally went to buy the row Q ticket that was in my cart, it wouldn't let me buy it!
Elmo, you'll be able to fill us all in about the Melbourne shows .
I ended up buying a ticket for the 3 shows in Brisbane. I would have preferred to visit St Kilda, but either way I'm going to see Eddie! I got a 6th row ticket, a 16th row and a 17th row ticket for the other nights. They were the best I could manage to get and when I submitted the order I only had seconds left before they emptied my cart of tickets. The site was SO slow, so I think I was lucky to get what I did.

Yeah it is a shame I missed out on Melbourne :(. I certainly can't complain about the number of shows though...I got 7 out of 11, so that is a whole lot of Ed!

It really annoys me looking on ebay too, there are 29 different ticket listings already...I understand if a fan buys a ticket and eventually they can't go and have to sell it. But to buy a ticket and then list it straight away for double the price or more is so wrong. I wish all of the ticket agencies put names on tickets.
