Help...NEED INFO

Hey guys ....wondering if i can get help on something....

I'm looking for as much or as little info as i can get on the 5 elements artwork pearl jam used a few years back.

I'm refering to the five circles with the dot, line, cross ect....

Any info ...would be great. I've scoured google looking for something but i can't find anything. So i figured there would have to be someone here that could help me out.

I want to Tattoo it on me .....but i need to know more first.

there was a thread a few weeks / months ago about it.
All I remember is that it's atken from a four circles image, where each of the circle represent one of the elements. PJ added a fifth circle and I don't know what it represent.
Try to find this thread, by searching "tattoo" in the thread title..

i have it tattooed on my arm
what do you want to know?

the elements represent fire (circle)
air (circle with dot)
water (circle with line)
earth (circle with cross)
quinta essentia is the spirit or the soul
in regards to the quote, where quinta essentia is implicated as sound, i interpet that to mean that sound, music specifically, is the essence of the spirit

these symbols mean alot to me both in the sense that they are Pearl Jam related as well as a part of my own spirituality

this reminds me of The Fifth Element (awesome movie btw)... where there were 4 symbols that represented the four elements water fire earth and air.. and the fifth was the "supreme being" - basically the perfect human, which is virtually impossible, so it's really the perfect soul so to speak.. perfect in the sense that it's in perfect harmony with, and a "combination" (for lack of a better word) or, representation of, all the other elements.

i'm sorry it's really late so this probably all sounds really scrambly... hope it makes some sense..
