    Man, I thought we had it bad here in CA but apparently we don’t pay shit in property taxes compared to some of the numbers on here!

    Prices are outrageous but my property taxes this year are CDN$3,800 so definitely a give and take.

    CA is a dysfunctional state too, but your property taxes aren’t bad. My in laws pay about 1% of their property value annually. Real estate is expensive as shit, but the property taxes aren’t bad. State income tax is another story. Lol

    Don't move to Arizona.  You can get a massive house for $500k with $3,600 prop taxes and live like a king!

    I landed a Pitt a month ago from someone locally.  He gave me a very fair fan friendly deal.  $500, a Seattle Emek SE, Boston Whalen SE and I am going to frame a couple of his 98s.  It is a beautiful print, good luck in your search!
