Fixed. Mobile tickets - No password reset email?

Anyone else having a problem getting the Ticketmaster Account Manager to send the password reset email you need to log in and collect tickets?

I've been trying for days now and no matter how many times I try (and I've followed the instructions to the letter)  I never get the email with instructions on how to reset the password and log-in.  It's not in my Spam folder.  It just never arrives.

Anyone else had the same issue and managed to resolve it?

I've contacted 10c to help, and not had a response yet.  I assume they're busy with a ton of ticket issues, and so I was wondering if anyone else had solved a similar issue?

    Since the problem is logging into Ticketmaster, I’d send an email to  Ticketmaster.

    When you click on the 'Contact Us' link on the Ticketmaster site, it gives the following info:

    So it seems 10c deal with this.  I'd happily contact TM direct, but there's no info on how to.

    Are you using the email you use for 10Club? I used my other email that I have a ticketmaster account with, and didn't get a password email, until I re-read the instructions and used the 10Club email address.

    Yep.  Even tried it with capital letters (1st letter, all letters, etc)  in case it is case sensitive or anything like that.

    Sent my extra to my gf and she just went to the bottom of the login screen and set up a new account. She is NOT a 10c member so she didn't have login creds to begin with.

    Thanks.  I did try to create a new account but it doesn't work, says I already have an account in my name.  Which I guess at least shows that I wasn't missed off some list and there should be tickets for me.

    Just need to get access to them.

    This might help, can anyone tell me the email address that sends the password reset mail?  Obviously I don't need the content, that's personal, but if for some reason it's being blocked somewhere I can ensure it's added to my safe senders list and try again.

    same issue here. . .no idea whats going on, cant see my tickets and cant access this thing, keeps saying I have wrong password and then I never get the email to reset it

    I initially had issue that my reset email didn’t show up promptly on my iPad.  So I checked my iPhone and it was there immediately.  So I would try it on your phone, if you haven’t done so.

    I asked my email provider to look into whether anything was being blocked on their servers and they've confirmed not.

    Thanks for the assistance here but it looks like this one is an issue with the Ticketmaster/10c end of things.  So I'll have to remain patient and get it sorted out by them.

    Thanks.  Yeah, there was no ticket link in the 'My Tickets' section of the 10c site on my iPad.  But it did show up on my phone and home computer.  

    Unfortunately the password reset email never even gets to the mail server, and so it looks like it's not being sent for some reason - or perhaps is being sent to an incorrect or mis-spelled email address.

    Need to resolve this one with 10c it seems as only they have access to the TM account they created for me.

    Big thanks to 10c for sorting this out.

    For anyone following; 10c sent me my password and I was able to log in and reset it,
