Been using a straight razor for a couple of weeks, I sure love shaving now.

Anyone else into using straight razors? What baba so you like?  Currently iI' using a boker king cutter.

Anyone maybe looking to get rid of one?

This is something I've always wanted to try.

I too would like to give it a go.  Fewer things to toss out, less waste!

I’m not brave enough to try a straight razor on myself, but I do use a double edge safety razor, a Merkur 34C. Been using it for about a year and a half and love it. It’s so much cheaper and makes a lot less waste, and cuts as smooth as any cartridge razor, if not closer.

Next time I’m in Chicago, though, a straight shave from a Polish barber is on the list of things to do.

There are some good online forums and also some good facebook groups.  Do a little research before just buying one as it will have to be honed.

do it!  I would recommend starting with a Double Edge Safety razor though, just to learn some technique.

I'd been shaving with a DE for a few years before making the switch, not sure I'll ever go back!

There is no such thing.  The act precludes the title.
