Watch Sweden's last 4 games. Or any of their games. Very defensive and hard to break down
Not every game has 4 -4 or action as you would require. You have to beat the team in front of you and some play defensive  some play dirty. Some just attack and leave themselves open to be beat 4 -0
Alright man, we’re talking about Sweden...I get they’ve had a good tournament but let’s not act like this is a top side
I'm not saying a top side nor are England
In your wonderful opinion who is a top side because  as I see. All YOUR top sides are at home now. Out.and it's not about Sweden having a good tournament. Sweden in general are a tactical side. Not all teams attack for 90 mins. Doesn't make them bad. The problem is some  people are used to sports with 45-50score lines or more. Real football is not like that.  I understand also that the idea of a game being a draw baffles some nations. Again where are you from? Ever played Football?

From New York. The two best teams left played yesterday and yeah, one is home now.  England looks good.

already answered this but yeah, at a high enough level to travel the world at that

also, never said anything about needing lots of scoring

    My nerves are frayed.
    What a game.
Concerned with all the injuries in the Croatian team.
I was pissed off Vida got a yellow for celebrating, senseless yellow that puts him at risk of missing a match should Croatia beat England.

    If France holds on
    Brazil wins today
    Croatia tomorrow

3/4 Final 4 teams from 1998 WC... only missing the Dutch Team
Wow, didn't pick up on that!
Hope we can salvage 2/4 at least. Belgium looks like they got  a good scare from Japan, now they will be tough to take out.

    great tournament

happy to see Croatia will have play 3/5 games on the weekend... makes things so much better for me.

if we are fortunate to win today, I’ll take off Wednesday

i cant find croatian  away jersey anywhere... love that jersey. I might need someone over there to send me one

    enjoy the game
I am proud even if we lose the semi final. For a nation of 4.1 million people to reach their second WC semi final in 20 years is special.
I am lucky to be on mid year break from university so I can watch it but gosh I hate getting up at 4am.
I don't like the away jersey, I prefer the blue we usually have.
    I hope you enjoyed it.

got some cevapi( Croatian meat links) and some good bread

getting together with some people after the England win...
Haha, we can get that beer here too.
Cevapi, called rissoles by Aussies that do not know about them.
Did you have some ajvar with the cevapi?

Has anyone seen that Adidas television commercial running during the WC coverage?
I don't understand why they have Pharrell Williams in the commercial? It's all world soccer stars then they show him at the end?

I've got the replay of England vs. Sweden on.
That second goal was a clear offside, why the fk was that not reviewed by VAR?
The application of VAR has been inconsistent and rather arbitrary this WC.

BTW, I need a couple of good coffees today.
Went to bed at 9pm hoping to get 7 hours sleep but slept 2 hours and still got up in time for 4am kickoff.
Can't wait for a WC in the same timezone.

Lotta teams. A decent level of the us Olympic developmental program is probably the most note worthy.

I thought the saddest moment of his career was when he faked injury by rolling around

No worries. Yellow cards are wiped out after quarter-finals. Finally, the semi-finals!!!

As someone of Croatian heritage, me too!
Hopefully the players that struggled with injury recover in time for the semi.
Regardless, I just hope we see a first time winner.
