Two shows but I only want one!

I registered for a 1st and 2nd choice (2 separate shows), thinking I'd get one or the other, but they booked me on both!  Is there any way to transfer or cancel one of the two shows?

No, sir, unfortunately you cannot cancel. Assuming you are speaking of 10c tickets, all you can do now is transfer one ticket from each show to someone else, but you'll be stuck eating the cost of one ticket if you don't attend that show. That's why it says in a bunch of places to not enter for concerts you do not plan to attend. This takes a seat/spot from another 10c member :(
It's amazing what you hear when you take time to listen.

Entering the lottery for shows you can't attend is oh so shitty.  It takes tickets away from someone else.

    - There is no limit to the number of shows for which you can be drawn for and charged. By entering the drawing for any show, you are committing to purchase the tickets should your name be drawn. For example, if you enter for all 7 shows, it is possible your name can be drawn for all 7 shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for a pair of tickets to all 7 shows. Tickets are non-refundable. So, please only enter for the number of shows you are prepared to pay for and attend.

Not sure how this is possible ? Fenway 1 was a 77% and Fenway 2 was at 99%.

10c really goes out of its way to make clear you can win multiple shows and you may win any show you enter for. If you put in for reserved this time it was likely you would win.

It blows my mind that people don't read the instructions but are then willing to give their credit card info.  Doesn't that send up a red flag??  They want your payment info at the time you enter?? SMH.

Yes.  Especially if they're the same location.  Based on the ballpark shows two years ago, you should get 50 different songs between the two.

Agreed. Assume you'll win.  I wanted to enter multiple shows for Temple of the Dog, but I was not going to multiple cities.  I entered one and lost.  It's not a perfect system, but it does OK at achieving its goals.

...sorry, not really sure how else they can word it for people to understand...
please only enter for the number of shows you are prepared to pay for and attend

the shows are months away... any chance you can move things around to attend both shows?  otherwise, you can only transfer that one ticket... take the other as a loss.

"They" didn't do anything. You entered two shows and they made it abundantly clear you could win both shows.
