Anyone between 400xxx and 500xxx(ish) go to Wrigley in reserved seating in 2016? Last time I was fortunate to go GA, but that's not happening this year. I know things have changed with more tickets being allocated, possibly/probably worse seats overall, but it would be really helpful to know what section you were in, just for a ballpark (excuse the pun) reference of where we could be sitting. If this applies to you, could you please post your xxx number and the approximate section you were in? Thanks very much in advance, Matt
    Hey Matt-

i decided screw it and entered the lottery.  I figure I’d rather go stress free and see what kind of surprise I’ll get with seats.  My guess is I’ll be way back on the lawn, bottom level in a corner somewhere, or maybe if I get lucky one of the front rows in the upper level.  I’m 404xxx.  Maybe someone will weigh in, but we aren’t really ever going to know about these shows and seats until we get them.
I'm like an opening band for your mom.

Nice! I would imagine the sightline would have been pretty decent from there. Did you like the seats, or did you find that you were really far back? Was it difficult to see the stage?

I'm really wavering on Wrigley, definitely want to go, but am already planning on the Seattle, Missoula, and Fenway shows. While last time was a no brainer, having GA, this time I'm wondering if I can/should afford to fly half way across the country if the band look like ants from the seats. However, I know for a fact that by August, if I don't get tickets, I'll be kicking myself.

Join in late 94 or early 95. I hand wrote a letter to 10c asking the band questions (foolish me thought they would write back). Turns out I received a hand written letter back from 10c with the Angel/Ramblings Xmas single and details on joining the 10c. Still have it packed away!  I think it was $5 or $10 a year back then.
Likewise, mailed in a fan letter at some point during '95 and received the double vinyl Christmas single with info on joining so mailed in a money order and was activated Feb of '96

My guess is probably around half of active members have a 10c number below 300xxx.  The lower numbered 10c fans are hardcore fans that won't likely drop out.  With the new system there are likely quite a few fans that only join when a tour is announced.

The auto-renewal hurt the annual seat upgrades.  At one time, there was a noticeable seat improvement each and every year.

The sight line wasn't bad.  I felt like I was closer to the stage at Fenway (Box 94). My biggest issue with the 200 level was I felt like the sound suffered a little bit being under the overhang. If your number is any lower than mine though i wouldn't think that would be an issue for you. Overall Wrigley is a fun experience. I went in 13 and 16. It's only a 3 hour drive for us and my brother in law lives less than a mile from the stadium so we don't have any airfare or hotel costs to worry about. My first choice this year would have been Seattle but the dates just didn't work for us.

Field box 78 row E for night 1. My bf actually happened to join at a similar time and he won for n2. We sat RF Box 7 row 3 that night.

Any idea to know what my number was when I was a member in 2003ish?
    I would guess between 325 and 350
I re-joined in late 2002/early-2003 and got 283xxx. I still resent not being grandfathered with my 113xxx from 1996. I had a newsletter with mailing label and 10C didn’t accept it as proof. Husband had joined back in 2001 and has 218xxx. But I know in 2003it jumped quite a bit.

Did anyone do a thread of # vs seat location from the previous stadium shows? Wouldn’t mind a preview of what to expect in Seattle!

So true! I'm against auto-renewal. I don't understand how somebody could forget to renew their $10 membership (approx), especially if Pearl Jam is their favorite band and joined in the early to mid 90's and was given a 5 digit 10C number.
