How long till we call out people not sending posters in fantasy leagues?

Some of us who participated in the MLB 2017 fantasy poster league, have not received payouts, how long should we wait before its known who has not paid up so maybe next fantasy pool they are not allowed entry?  The fantasy season ended in the middle of September, and its now the middle of Jan, any more time needed?

    If they received multiple requests I’d say they’re out of time unless there was some extenuating circumstances.

    the commissioner of the league was made aware of it, now the individual parties have been notified..... give it a few more days.  About extenuating circumstances, its unknown as there has been no communication whatsoever, I'll wait a couple more days for a response and then maybe let it be known the email addresses of the parties who haven't held up their end of the deal.  thanks for the feedback
