Yes but those prices are crazy. The last couple auctioned went for 500 and 475, not to mention the buy it now for 225 so to pay 900 for it is insane.

yea im willing to spend it and can sell off the posters above to cover my costs so kinda just a matter or time and opportunity

That $500 sale had some major damage on the corner.  Make sure you get the facts straight before you start throwing around current values!

The 500 had a small corner ding that's it, the 475 one was mint, and there was a 225 which looked neat mint.

Actually, the $500 had a massacred upper left corer, it was NOT a small corner ding.  The $225 was sold by somebody who obviously did not know the value of the poster they had...or, did not care about it's value.  As far as $475.00 sale, I don't see that one, however that person was looking for a "quick" buck.  That being said, I believe the true value of this poster is in the $675 to $800 range at this time.  It should get to $900 as they are available less frequently in the future.  As you can see, one sold for $899.00 already.

Would have but at the time went for the 900 Pitt instead and couldn't swing both.

Well, I kindly disagree with the corner ding assessment, but what matters the most is that you would personally be ok with it.  However, it does decrease the value quite a bit.  I would consider that MAJOR corner damage.  Anyway, the $475 one was a complete STEAL.  The purchaser got a fantastic deal and should be hiding in the mountains for he/she is basically a "thief", LOL.  I hope you are able to snag one at that price OP, good luck with your search!

If you're buying a concert poster as an investment, then you shouldn't be buying the artwork.
These were $40 concert posters.  Paying $475 for it this week or ten years from now is concerning.

So if you buy a house for $100k, you'd sell it 10 years later for $100k?
