Can someone help me put a price estimate on this poster?

Although not a PJ item, it's still a concert poster that I believe has significance. It's one of the only copies I know of from Janis Joplins show in Honolulu in 1970. Wondering if anyone knows information? I'm thinking of buying it.

    Are there known fakes?  Worth looking into

    Research rarity, stuff from that era on JJ ranges from 150-1500+. If you have a time.limit may not be worth the risk.

    http://www.vintageconcertposterbuyer.com. Has little info. There is no way that white border is newsprint, maybe it has been mounted to an acid free white backing??

    It's original. It has been linen backed to address some minor tears. It's a good friend of mine whose selling it. He's been a poster collector, buyer, and seller for 40 years so I have no doubts on the authenticity. 
    I found a guy online who is willing to pay $3,000 cash for the same poster, so I have a feeling I've stumbled onto something fairly nice!
