Hi, is there any difference between the Deluxe songbook and the one that it is included in the vinyl?

    The Deluxe songbook is hardcover, and it looks like the book included with the vinyl is softcover (see here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2r1-PmNnDY ).
    FYI I was asked to respect the copyright and not share the scan I have of the songbook.
    I escaped it...a life wasted...I'm never going back again

    The  deluxe hardcover book is nicely made and also includes the CD in the back of the book in a nice envelope. The artwork on the CD is also different than on the normal CD version.
