Bill Simmons posted a podcast the other day with an interview of Nathan Hubbard.  He used to manage Dave Matthews, was Ticketmaster CEO, and also an exec at Twitter.  There are a few passing mention s and praise for Pearl Jam.  But it's an interesting perspective on how the inability of bands to make money off album sales leads to more touring to support themselves which leads to less time in the studio and ultimately robs us of more great music.  Runs about an hour and is worth a listen.
