    Love the list. Fantastic work.
But two shows I'd argue for:

2012 - Missoula.  Playing in front of all of Jeff's friends in a 6,000 seat arena.

2013 - I was at Seattle show and while it was good, I was one of those that left disappointed because I had been at the show in Spokane a week earlier. The building was nuts being the first show in Spokane in 20 years. The setlist was written by band-friend Steve Gleason. Was a remarkable night.
I also don't think Seattle 2013 belongs in the list.
I was at the Vancouver show 2 days before the Seattle one, and the Vancouver one is a top 5 for me.  It was insanely good.   Sometimes (Quite often) the Vancouver crowds respond very well to Pearl Jam.    The Seattle show was pretty good, but didn't seem as good to me.    I'm also comparing pit tickets to obstructed view behind the stage on the upper deck tickets, but the Vancouver show was one of the best I've seen.

Jax 16 doesn't make my list because I did not get a shout out haha

im turning this list into top 109 eventually- for my own amusement. I know it's bias and I know I'll always be missing shows. It's fun to go through their history.

Also i knew seattle 13 would be an unpopular pick.

If Toronto 2011 is on the list because of a Neil Young solo than Toledo 2004 should be on it.

    toronto 2011 is way overhyped.
Toronto 1 is in my top five easily. Pj and the crowd were on fire all night. Toronto 1 blew pj20 out of the water.
There's so much more to Toronto (2011-09-11) than the NY ending:

    - the opening of Long Rd into Evolution was killer.
    - The "Man Trilogy"
    - All the extended tags ...Modern Girl, Save it For Later, We Belong Together, one of the greatest ever IT'S OKAY performances...
    - No screw ups...all the war horses played to perfection (RVM, Porch, Alive, ...)
-heck, for those of you who are sick of it, no Even Flow (sadly, no Corduroy either)

This show is the reason I'm a ten club member. Better late than never, I guess.

    All of this plus CHLOE/CROWN.

When i listen to this show as well, there are really no flubs either which is rare.  They played really well that night.

Of the 24 shows I've been to its in my top 2 with Buffalo 03.  I really don't believe the show is overhyped.
I know the show was in Canada but long road being played on 9/11 was perfect.
Did you guys notice the last line of long road Neil Young tease? This show was epic. Was lucky to be there.

Buffalo 2003 is the best concert I've seen, period, let alone best Pearl Jam concert. It was an unreeeeeal night. It was the first gig after the Nassau Coliseum/Bu$hleaguer debacle and it felt like the band was trying to prove something that night in Buffalo (although I'm not sure what...). Anyway, 41 shows for me and the only one that comes near Buffalo was the second Toronto show in 2006, which I think was the best PJ crowd I've been part of.
Minneapolis 1998/Jones Beach I & II, Montreal, and Toronto 2000/Buffalo, State College, Toronto, Montreal, and Hershey 2003/Boston I & II 2004/Thunder Bay, Kitchener, London, Hamilton, Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto 2005/Toronto I & II 2006/The Vic and Lollapalooza 2007/Calgary and Toronto 2009/PJ20 I & II, Toronto I & II, Ottawa, Calgary, and Edmonton 2011/London, Chicago, Spokane, Calgary, Vancouver, and Seattle 2013/Ottawa and Toronto I & II 2016

I will say that Champaign had a certain intangible of "you had to be there".  It felt like an amphitheater but indoors.  Ed even commented by saying (I'm paraphrasing) "I feel like a lion in a cage.  Any Christians want to be eaten tonight?"  the vibe in the room was just amazing.  The show started off with Do the Evolution and it felt like it never slowed down from there.
